Upon entering Villa Roya you come into the large living space which on one end is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining island and on the other end a very spacious lounge area with an entertainment surround sound system. This space has the summer feel of natural light coming through the floor to ceiling window panel doors and giving you access to the outdoor pool area.
Also on this level through the ground floor hallway are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Additionally on the ground level is a WC for extra guests.
Via internal staircase we move up to the first level of the villa where you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom leads to the very spacious balcony with seating options which can also be reached with an external staircase to be used by all guests during anytime of the day.
Outdoor Area
Villa Roya in Sivota Lefkada, boasts an outdoor area comprising of an outdoor dining setting and private infinity pool. The sunbeds are of the highest luxury giving you the option to soak up the Greek sun or have an afternoon siesta under the shade of the pergola. Villa Roya in Sivota on the Ionian Island of Lefkada is perched on the mountain side overlooking the bay of Sivota. The position of this private accommodation gives you complete privacy and some of the most amazing views across the Ionian Sea. Last but not least the easy walk into the village of Sivota.
The fishing village of Sivota is stunning with its taverns, café/bars and boutique stores lined all around the seafront of the natural bay. In the evening there is nothing more Greek than sitting by the water and enjoying fresh fish and seafood that has been caught by the local fishermen.

In this space is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining island, dining setting and a luxurious lounge area. Also on this level is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom giving you direct access to the outdoor pool area.
Via internal staircase we move up to the first level of the villa where you will find two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, en-suite bathrooms and access to a private balcony with views across Sivota Bay.
Also, via internal staircase upon entering Villa Gamma we move down to the lower level of the accommodation where there is an independent type of studio with twin beds and fully equipped kitchen and seating. The lower level also consists of a bathroom with shower for the convenience of the twin bedroom. The indoor gym for those looking to keep in shape during their holidays is also on the lower level of the accommodation.
