Upon entering Villa Gamma, you come into the large living space with its wall to wall glass panel doors is filled with natural light and views of the green mountain side of Sivota and the crystal blue waters of the Ionian Sea. In this space is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining island, dining setting and a luxurious lounge area. Also on this level is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom giving you direct access to the outdoor pool area.
Via internal staircase we move up to the first level of the villa where you will find two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, en-suite bathrooms and access to a private balcony with views across Sivota Bay.
Also, via internal staircase upon entering Villa Gamma we move down to the lower level of the accommodation where there is an independent type of studio with twin beds and fully equipped kitchen and seating. The lower level also consists of a bathroom with shower for the convenience of the twin bedroom. The indoor gym for those looking to keep in shape during their holidays is also on the lower level of the accommodation.

Villa Gamma in Sivota Lefkada, boasts an outdoor area comprising of an outdoor dining setting and private pool. The sunbeds are of the highest luxury giving you the option to soak up the Greek sun or have an afternoon siesta under the shade of the pergola. The fully equipped BBQ will add to your alfresco moments in the evening with magical views of Sivota Bay and the tinkling sound of the luxurious yachts moored for a summer evening rest.
