Upon entering Villa Alikistis, you come into the large living space with high ceilings which on one end is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining setting and a spacious lounge and dining setting. On the other end of the ground level is a very spacious double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. This space fills with natural lights through its glass window panel doors which also give you access to the private pool area. en-suite bathroom.
Via internal staircase we move up to the first level of the Villa Alkistis where you will find the other two of the three bedrooms. There is an attic style double bedroom with wooden ceiling beams. Also on the upper level is another double bedroom with a private balcony with views of the mountain ranges of Apolpena. Additionally on this level for the convenience of both bedrooms is a family bathroom with shower.
Outdoor Area
Villa Alkistis in Lefkada Town, boasts an outdoor area comprising of endless options for both adults and children. There are several seating options to soak up the Greek sun or have an afternoon siesta under the shade of a pergola covering the outdoor dining setting. Upon entering Villa Blauw, you walk into a spacious open plan living area filled with natural sunlight through the window panel doors that lead to the outdoor pool area. This space consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a lounge setting facing the Ionian Sea and the lush green mountain side in the background. On the left-hand side of the living area is the a WC
next to the staircase leading to the upper floor.
On the upper floor you’ll find two bedrooms with a shared guest bathroom with shower, and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. The master bedroom has a double bed and each of the other rooms has two twin beds which can also be made into doubles. Each of the bedrooms has modern luxury furnishings and balcony access for incredible morning views of the sea.
Outdoor Area
Villa Blauw in Ammouso is perfect for both adults and children. The private pool area has a range of seating options to soak up the Greek sun. The unique outdoor lounge is the perfect setting for a Greek afternoon meal and siesta after. You will really enjoy the comfortable sun loungers and of course the luxurious outdoor dining table.
