Indoor Area

Villa Theia in Lefkada offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
Villa Theia is 120 square meters in size and is laid out over two levels. Upon entering from the ground level floor, you are welcomed by an open plan living area consisting of a lounge area and fully equipped kitchen with a sit down island. The large sliding window doors fill the space with natural light and creating an indoor-outdoor experience like no other. Additionally on the ground level of the villa is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This space also is filled with natural light and the convenience of a private balcony overlooking Vlicho Bay.

Via internal staircase you move down to the lower level of Villa Theia where you will find the other three bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms both with private access to the outdoor lower-level area. The twin beds can also be converted to double beds upon request. The double bedroom on the lower level consists of an en-suite bathroom, also giving you direct access to the lower-level outdoor area. In the hallway of the lower ground level is a family bathroom shared by the twin bedrooms.

Outdoor Area

Villa Theia comprises and features a range of outdoor areas to accommodate every request and every need. Running along the front of the ground level of the villa, is the main outdoor terrace of Villa Theia featuring a private pool with sea and mountain views. To one side of the house away from the pool is a fully equipped BBQ area with views of Desimi Bay. Around the private pool there is range of seating options, with sun loungers to soak up the Greek sun.

The standout feature of the outdoor area are the large metal columns and wooden beams of the pergola, creating a unique and stylish design which with the movement of the sun creates shade to give you those little corners to lay back and read your latest novel. You will enjoy many evening meals next to the pool area with your family and loved ones.
All in all, Villa Theia gives you everything and more of what you expect from a Greek Villa Holiday.
